Cornflakes with Honey


Cornflakes with Honey
Ingredients
60gm or 1/4 cup butter
1/4 cups of Honey
1 tablespoon sugar
4 cups of cornflakes
Rainbow coloured sprinkles aka hundreds-and-thousands
Optional: 90gm or 1/2 cup of peanuts (fry without oil and remove skin) 
How to make
1. Add butter, honey and sugar to a saucepan. Melt the mixture over gentle heat, and stir it well. 
2. Mix cornflakes and peanuts together in a bowl.
3. Pour in the butter + honey + sugar mixture and mix it well with the cornflakes and peanuts.
4. Place paper cups on a baking tin and use a teaspoon to scoop the cornflake mix into each paper cup. Top it off with coloured sprinkles. 
5. Bake everything at a preheated oven of 150°C for 8 minutes. When ready, let it cool for 15 minutes (to harden it) before you store them in an airtight container. 
This recipe makes approximately 30 cups. Have fun baking!
