Kueh Bangkit – Miniature Asian Chef

Kueh Bangkit

300g tapioca flour
140g icing sugar
30g butter
1 egg yolk
110g santan
a little coconut powder
pandan leaves 

How to make
1. Fry tapioca flour with panda leaves. Let it cool and then sieve it.
2. Mix all ingredients together. 
3. Roll out the dough and use biscuit cutters to cut into desired shapes on the baking tray.
4. Bake for 15 minutes at 165°C.
5. When ready, let it cool for 15 minutes (to harden it) before you store them in an airtight container.
