1. I need to make an urgent purchase. Can we meet?
We do not offer meet-ups. If you need to make an urgent purchase, you can visit the stores which stock our products or choose courier delivery.
2. I need my order to be delivered on a specific date and timing. Is this possible?
We use SingPost registered mail service, and we will not be able to know when or what time will SingPost make the delivery, except that they will deliver within 2 - 3 business days. If you need it to be delivered on a specific date and timing, please select the Courier Delivery option at check-out.
3. Oh no, the postman came today and I wasn’t home to receive my package. What can I do?
If you are not at home when your parcel arrives, a delivery advice will be slipped underneath the door. You can collect the parcel from the designated post office, redirect it to another post office at your convenience or reschedule for another delivery. If you are collecting the parcel from the post office, you need to bring along your NRIC and the delivery advice.
4. Do you ship worldwide, and how long does it take?
International shipping time ranges from 12 to 14 working days to destinations such as Australia, New Zealand, European countries and United States of America. International shipping will be longer during peak periods such as Christmas and Chinese New Year.
5. I gave you a wrong address. What can I do?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your correct address as soon as possible and we’ll update your address for you.
6. Can I shower while wearing your earrings?
Please do not shower, soak, or submerge your jewellery and make sure to remove these items when sleeping, working out, cooking, or cleaning. Please avoid wearing perfume around any area where your jewellery may rest and remove completely when using household chemicals. Not doing so may cause corrosion, tarnishing, and discolouration over time. We also recommend removing jewellery while getting dressed/undressed to prevent snagging.
