Shipping Fees & Information


With effect from 23 Nov 2020, all orders will be sent by QExpress.

Please allow for 7 working days (Mondays to Fridays excluding Public Holidays) for order processing + 3-4 days for QExpress delivery. 

Orders received on Fridays - Sundays (Singapore Time) will be processed the following week. Delivery is only available from Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm, excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays. We do not offer self pick-ups.

For orders below S$120

  1. QExpress delivery (3 - 4 days) - S$6
  2. An email with the tracking number will be sent to you once the parcel has been picked up by QExpress. 

    For orders above $120

    1. FREE DELIVERY via QExpress delivery (3 - 4 days)

    For Urgent Orders
 or if Deliveries are to be made on specific dates;

    1. We can arrange for 3-hour urgent delivery. Please contact us via email for rates by providing your postal code.

    Backorder Items 

    1. Please allow up to 8 weeks to make your order + 3 - 5 working days for delivery; 
    2. We will email you the estimated delivery date of your order as soon as we receive your payment.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    We ship worldwide. Following the revised shipping rates from Singapore Post as of 2 Dec 2019, international shipping rates now ranges from S$12 to S$17. All international orders will be sent through SingPost Registered Mail, where a tracking number will be provided; 

    1. International shipping time ranges from 12 to 14 working days to destinations such as Australia, New Zealand, European countries and United States of America;
    2. International shipping will be longer during peak periods such as Christmas and Chinese New Year. If your country's customs are strict, it may cause a delay in the delivery too;
    3. We do not charge tax and custom fees. But depending on country, tax and custom fees can be incurred;
    4. Item value will be declared accordingly. Payment for tax or custom fees is to be held responsible by the recipient, which would be collected at the time of delivery; and
    5. We do not provide insurance for packages.
